Days 1 and 2



So, dieting is not easy. As it turns out. Neither is exercising. 
But I've decided that it's time for a change. I need to be healthy. I need to feel good in my body. So that's what I'm doing. 

I guess to start I should have a base line. So despite all the embarrassment this causes, here it is: 
    Day 1: 2/24/14 

The plan is to post a picture every Monday. Let's hope I stick to it. 

Here's a bit of a recap of the first 2 days: 

Day 1: 
It went well. Hunger was good and it wasn't too hard. Went to the gym in the morning. 

Day 2: 
More hunger today, but I powered through and stated in my calorie limit. Had a great cheer practice that absolutely kicked my butt. 

It's just the beginning. I have a good feeling though. Here's a motivational picture if anyone is actually reading this and needs to be inspired :) 

I'm going to do this. One day at a time.
